Our Family has been here since 1935. As Chicago became the destination for so many Irish Families arriving in America, Grandpa Gibbons established the first location on the west-side of Chicago, establishing a generations-long tradition that the Gibbons Family would be comforting these families and their extended families for generations to come. That same sense of Chicago pride is still felt today by the Gibbons Family.
Tom and Rita Gibbons were the second generation helping families at 5917 W. Irving Park Road. Now, Michael and Kerry Gibbons are the third generation of the family to maintain our legacy of commitment to Chicago parishes and neighborhoods. The Gibbons continue to be very connected to the families, parishes, clubs and the neighborhood folks.
